Put the right content on every screen, on schedule.
managewiz turns any browser-capable display into a managed signage screen. Create a location, upload your media, build a schedule, pair the display with a code — and it plays on its own, reporting back every minute.

Four steps from empty screen to scheduled playback
The whole workflow lives in one workspace — no separate CMS, no per-screen configuration files.
Create a location
Group screens by site — a store, a lobby, a campus building. Every location lives inside its own company workspace.
Add a screen
Name the display and set its resolution and orientation, from a portrait kiosk to a 4K wall or ultra-wide LED canvas.
Upload your media
Drop images and MP4s into folders in the company library. Videos always play their full length — no duration guessing.
Schedule and pair
Build day, time and date rules, then open the setup URL on the screen and enter its pairing code to go live.
Built for many companies, many sites and many screens
Everything you need to run signage for one venue or a few hundred, without spreadsheets or USB sticks.
Schedules with priority
Day-of-week, time-window and date-range rules. Higher-priority schedules override the everyday loop, and multiple items cycle inside each block.
Any screen, any resolution
Portrait screens, 4K walls and LED canvases all run in a plain browser tab — no set-top box, no app store, no installs.
Isolated by tenant
Each company is sealed off at the database level with row-level security, so one workspace can never read another's screens or media.
Content library with guardrails
Organize media into folders and see exactly where a file is scheduled. Media in use can't be deleted until it's removed from the schedule.
Pairing-code activation
Screens activate with a short code instead of a login, so nobody has to type workspace credentials on a public display.
Health and audit trail
Heartbeats show which screens are online, offline or never connected, and every change is written to an activity log.
Activate a display with a code, not a password
- 1
Open the screen setup URL in a browser on the display. It shows a short pairing code.
- 2
In your workspace, pick the screen you're setting up and enter that code.
- 3
The display immediately starts playing its schedule in fullscreen and begins sending heartbeats.
- 4
From then on it stays live — change the schedule and the screen picks it up on its own.
Pairing code
4F9K2
Codes are single-use and tied to one screen, so a public display never holds workspace credentials. Unpair from the workspace at any time and the screen stops playing.

Create companies, invite their first admins, set storage allowances and see every screen on the platform.

Work inside a single company with scoped access — they only ever see their own organisation's data.
Questions people ask before rolling out screens
What hardware do I need?+
Anything that runs a modern browser — a smart TV browser, a mini PC, a Chromebox or a media stick. Open the screen URL, go fullscreen, and leave it running.
Do screens need an app installed?+
No. Playback is a web page. Pair the display once with its code and it keeps pulling its schedule on its own.
What happens if the network drops?+
The player keeps playing the content it already has and reports offline status in the workspace. When connectivity returns it resumes normal updates and heartbeats.
Who can create accounts?+
managewiz is invite-only. A super admin creates companies and invites users by email; each invitee sets their own name and password from the invitation link.
Which media formats are supported?+
Standard web images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and MP4 video. Videos play end to end, and each company gets a storage allowance a super admin can adjust.
